Victoria has always had a love for interior design, decorating, and architecture and enjoys bringing out the beauty in any house through photographs. Her eye for aesthetics and attention to detail ensure beautiful photos that showcase the best features of each house.
Unlike real estate photography, architecture and design photography allows for a lot more creativity and the opportunity to showcase all the details, textures, and materials that were carefully chosen and crafted.
Our pricing varies depending on the job and your needs, so please reach out for a custom quote. We charge a session fee plus a licensing fee per photo.
Photo Copyright License Terms
Standard License
With a standard license, the invoiced client may ONLY use the delivered media for:
(a) Internal use and/or promotional use for your own website, or any other website in order to sell, promote, or advertise your product(s), services or company.
(b) Displaying on social media sites to promote your product(s), services or company.
NOTE: Credit back to “Victoria Koehler Photography” is appreciated, but not required.
(c) Making prints or print runs UNDER 500 copies – to sell, promote, or advertise your product(s), services or company.
Extended License
With an extended license, the invoiced client may use the delivered media for:
(a) Anything listed in the above standard license
(b) Making prints or print runs OVER 500 copies – to sell, promote, or advertise your product(s), services or company.
(c) Publishing or advertising by television, magazines, books, newspapers or editorials.
(d) Re-selling a derivative work of the original image.
(e) (Please contact us if there is something you would like to use the photos for that is not listed)
